Most AI chatbot products on the market are self-service: you pay for software and you are responsible for content, configuration and maintenance. Vectorspace is the opposite. We do that work for you.

Our value proposition

What we are not

  • Not a self-service tool. There is no prompt-engineering UI for you to tweak. We tune the assistant's behavior based on what we observe — you don't need to touch it.
  • Not a lead-capture tool. The widget is designed to answer questions, not extract contacts. We don't build marketing flows, we don't score prospects, we don't integrate with CRMs. If that's what you want, other tools exist and they do that well.
  • Not a customer data platform. We don't build profiles of your users or correlate behavior over time. A question is a question.
  • Not a tech company selling AI. We are a knowledge-management company that uses AI as a tool. The distinction matters: technology changes, good curation endures.

Compared to self-service (Intercom Fin, ChatGPT, Zendesk AI, custom GPTs)

Those tools work well for teams with dedicated content-ops and AI-ops resources. If you have someone who lives and breathes documentation and another who understands prompt engineering, you can get a lot out of them. Our bet is that most companies don't have those people, and don't want to.
